GAE: Suggested Projects ( Earlence)

Here is a small list of suggested projects for GAE

1. Simple Hello world with and without WebApp framework.
2. App demo for Users Login service.
3. Datastore and GQL.
4. Writing a small Webapp that will act as a proxy/central info collection point for data collected from various 3rd party sources.eg: Info app for olympics - Screen scrape various sites, process and parse this information, display or return in some formatlike JSON, XML, CSV in response to HTTP GET/POST requests. This demonstrates the ability to build web services using GAE.
