1. Our Koha Services
Our Koha services will include:
- Hosting and software maintenance on our cloud computing platform. This service is based on Amazon Web Services and includes 99.95% uptime, 99.999999999% data durability and ISO 27000 certified Information security
- Onsite training for library staff on all Koha modules. We also intend to conduct group training programs in major cities of the country
- Conversion of catalog, member and other data from the current library system. We cover conversion from Libsys, SOUL, SLIM and several other systems in use in India
2. Our Koha Team
Our Koha team is lead by Savitra Sirohi. Savitra in his previous role with OSS Labs launched the first credible Koha service out of India. He has played a key role in the adoption of Koha by over 50 libraries in India. Savitra has also authored the world's first book on Koha.
Our Koha services are backed by the rest of Informatics staff including a sales force and training team spread across the country and a customer service and technology team stationed in Bangalore.
